Nordic Kayaks guarantees the original owner, who bought the product from Nordic kayaks or any authorized NK dealer, that all our products should be free from defects in construction or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. If such damage should occur, NK will repair or replace the product free of charge. The original invoice is your proof of purchase. The warranty is not transferable if the boat is sold within the warranty term.
If repairs are needed, Nordic Kayaks must approve the method and manner of the repairs and the repair person. If you return your product in a warranty-repair matter by freight, buyer needs to pay for the freight to the local dealer or to Nordic Kayaks HQ in Sweden. When the product is repaired, Nordic Kayaks will arrange and pay for delivering the product back to the buyer.
